Air Jet Advance Models Inc.
Small production run GM commissioned promotional GMC RTS II 01 03 style and 04 06 series models. Models appear to be about 1:40-1:43 scale. I was told that GM gave these models to transit agencies in their respective liveries when an order was placed. Incredibly rare, it has been estimated that only 100 of the RTS II 01 03 series were produced, and just 10 of the RTS II 04 06 series. Originally I was under the impression that there were only one of each specific livery produced, but I have seen four of the SCRTD.

Notes: This particular variation is apparently a modified slope back. Purchased directly from Air Jet Models in 19xx, this model features numerous differences from the three other known (to me) examples. Differences include: older style license plates, lack of AC louver text, lack of rear side window and rear fleet number decals, lack of front and side destination board text, front destination number in black text, GMC logo inside stripes on rear, rear side window decals extend to extreme end of bus. The AC cap appears to be added and a slight dip can be seen on the roofline. The rear portion of the side window graphics appear to be added on and are slightly shorter in height than the rest of the decal. This casting also has a lower rub rail in front of the drivers front wheel, this is not present on any other Air Jet model I have seen. This is a very unique model, even the plinth is different from the standard Air Jet bus models and does not have a groove cut for the cover.
